I'm happy to announce that a beta version of the official GSX profile for KDEN - Denver International Airport for MSFS is now available! This profile features custom pushbacks, custom service vehicle positions, custom boarding/deboarding routes, and proper handling livery assignments.

As mentioned however, this is a beta version. Custom stop positions, deicing areas, and fine tuning of walker positions are all still a work in progress, and will be released as a later update. While there is no need to report these known issues, if you encounter other issues, please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact forum or Discord.

How we got here

Many of you have been asking for months now one question - "when will we get a GSX profile for KDEN?". And the answer has been "soon, I contracted a GSX profile to develop it". I don't want to go into excessive detail, but I do believe I owe you all an explanation. When I originally released Denver, I offered a basic GSX profile, but it was basic, there was alot about GSX I didn't know, and alot I struggled with.

So, during the development of 1.2, which would require a GSX profile, I decided to simply pay a developer who does GSX profiles, and had previously offered to do a profile, to create one for Denver. The upside was I could spend more time on the core of the scenery vs worrying about GSX, and you would all enjoy a superior GSX profile since he actually knew what he was doing.

For various reasons however, the profile kept getting delayed, and ultimately couldn't be delivered in a timely manner. While disappointing, it's certainly understandable that life happens, especially for those who do these projects on the side, and I wish the developer well in his future endeavors. In hindsight however, this is my fault too - I should have created a basic profile as a stand-in until the comprehensive one was finished...

So to all of you who have been waiting for months: I'm so sorry it took this long, and please know I really appreciate the patience and understanding you all have shown.

After this profile is finished, I do have some updates planned for Denver (yes, again 😂), as well as a revamp for one of my older sceneries, so stay tuned!
